Ottclectic Impressions was founded in November 2002 by Michael Farrell and Kevin Ott. We strive to offer unique items for Scrapbooking and other Paper Crafts. We try to find these unique items for you which you can find in Ottclectic’s own brand. We started our company on Ebay and have graduated to our own web site and in coming years plan on opening a retail store. We are located in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. We offer fair shipping prices and speedy delivery.

Shipping

U.S. Postal Service Mail : Current processing time 1 to 2 business days; delivery time 4 to 7 business days. Some locations will take longer. Unfortunately, Ottclecticimpressions.com can not accept any responsibility for US Postal Service shipments including those shipments sent to P.O. Boxes.
Please be aware that the US Postal Service Domestic First Class mail will include Delivery Confirmation.

US Postal Service charges are calculated based on weight.  Any over charges on shipping will be refunded via PayPal.

Unfortunately, Ottclecticimpressions.com can not accept any responsibility for lost U. S. Postal Service shipments. FPO and APO Shipments APO/FPO orders must be shipped via U.S. First Class Mail. Delivery time may take up to 30 business days. These shipments are not trackable or insurable.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We strive to ensure that all products that are shipped out are in excellent condition. We will exchange a defective product, however shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer to ship the product back to us. Simply return the product back to us with an explanation of the defect for replacement product.
